Justice, Development and Peace Commission (JDPC) Ibadan, a not-for-profit, social service non-governmental organization concerned with the promotion of good governance, socio-economic development and the protection of Human Rights under the umbrella of the Catholic Archdiocese of Ibadan, invites suitable candidates to apply for the following position:
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer
Qualification:
- University Degree in Social/Political Sciences, certificate in M&E/MEAL
- Masters in Social Work will be an added advantage
- Applicants should be within 27-35 years old
- 2-3years work experience in similar position
Job Requirement
- Designing, implementing, and operating project M&E systems from project initiation to closure.
- Experience in planning and performance measurement, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, database management, and developing M&E and/performance monitoring plans.
- Ability to conduct extensive research and manage data: collation, cleaning, analysing and reporting.
- Proven ICT skills, use of database software (SPSS, Stata, SAS), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc).
- Written and verbal communication skills (Fluency in English & Yoruba)
- Ability to work with little or less supervision
- Must be a team player and open to learn
